Sika Target Market Waterproofing provide market leading solutions for all below ground waterproofing requirements. Providing unbiased support from early project design specifications, CAD services, robust products, and extensive site support.

Sika pride themselves on the overall service. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the drawing department. Ensuring that the customers requirements are met within the project demands. They will also provide expert advice and training to internal and external customers. The candidate will also be expected to assist with supporting the sales team on project specification and project design. Representing Sika within relevant industry bodies will also be required. An element of the role will also be the professional response to complaints and conflict resolution to agreed levels.

The Support:

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales and Technical, the candidate will receive a concise induction and relevant training to be enabled to fulfil the requirements of the role. Additional support is given through the various support networks provided by a dedicated Human Resource department, Business support, Product Management and Sales teams.

The Skills:

The candidate must have excellent communication skills. Experience of Autocad and other Technical drawing systems. A above average level of IT skills (MS Outlook and Teams, Excel, PowerPoint etc).

Provide evidence of problem solving, Conflict resolution and working within strict timelines.

Process and analytically proficient.

Able to work with a successful strategy and a team player.
